depends on what it is being used on. The bumpers on today's vehicles are not made out of true chrome. It's just plated on the surface.

I've gone to almost all Meguair's for my stuff, so I'm going to recommend Meguair's. For chrome polish I've used Meguiar's and Mother's, both work just fine.

I've always used Mothers. Never tried Meguires, So my vote goes to Mothers.

I have an old sportster thats mostly aluminum. Years ago I sanded all the clearcoat off

and polished everything...Looks like chrome!

Umm, isn't all chrome just plating? Hasn't it always been?

I use a product called Wicked Metal Polish. My uncle is a trucker and uses this on his rig....I like it, seems to work quite well.
