Rear Lighting Issues

My problem is that when I depress the brake with the lights on the turn signals light up dimly and the running lights or parking lights go out. When I turn the turn signals on (either side or the hazards) the brake lights blink ( even the third brake light) along with the turn signals.

What I have done:

Changed the multifunction switch. no change

Changed the board in the rear that all the rear harnesses plug in to. no change

When the main plug going to this board is removed the front park lights and blinkers work correctly even when the brake is depressed. Third brake light works appropriately also.

If you remove either one of the side harnesses from this board the rear parklights go out.

I removed the rear harnesses left and right sides and the parking lights and tag lights and markers.

Harness appears to be in good condition wires are continuous and there is no fray or missing insulation. Sockets are clean with good contacts. All bulbs work when voltage applied on the bench.

Change your flasher relay...thats the problem 90% of the time.
