Newbie, Here I Go....

hello everyone,

 

Well, name is Ryan, and i have a 96 GMC Yukon SLT 4x4. i bought the truck with a spun rod, and went through the thing, newer 99 suburban motor (came with everything down to the computer and harness, in case anyone needs parts, i got em, lol) and i had the trans freshened up and some heavy duty clutches put in.

 

177K on it now, 7K since the build.

 

ill get some pics up eventually, but its not anything special to see. just another white yukon, all basically stock except for the diamond plate challenger running boards (that im not that fond of) on it.

 

done some towing, many roadtrips, and it runs like a champ. been meaning to come over here for a bit now, had the truck about 9 months, 3 of it up and running. money took a bit to save up to get it built.

 

well, looking forward to good times.

 

about me, im an ASE certified mechanic, been a wrench for years, and formerly specialized in MBZ, BMW and Volvo. (although i always drove GM cars). i own 3 97 pontiac grand prix's, one HEAVILY modified. so yes, im a car guy/gearhead.
