[1 bad bolt]

my grandparents had a new battery put in there car and after the install the car will not start anymore. the car cranks over but will not start there wasnt any issues before the battery. we tried other keys and new keys and no luck. the dealer installed a new wiring harness that goes up to the steering wheel and nothing still, there isnt any security light either anyone see this problem before? thanks in advanced

Look up PassLock II reset procedure.

 

Do you hear the fuel pump priming its self when you turn the key to the run position...It could be coincidence that it went when you replaced the battery.

 

Remember the 3 basics...Air Fuel Spark...which one is it not getting.
