As for your brakes....I assume you mean the caliper bolts....

Tight. I have never used a torque wrench for brake calipers.

I think it's "really tight", like over 100 ft. lbs. I replaced the rotors on my Suburban and if memory serves me correctly, those bolts were pretty tough to loosen.

 

You got an FJR? I've got an '06.

As a reference, the front brake torque specs for a 2002 1500 are 80 ft-lbs for caliper guide pin bolts, 129 ft-lbs for the mounting bracket bolts.
