Cateye Differences

2003-2004 half ton cat eye grill and hood is different than

 

2005-2006-2007 classic cateye grill and hood

 

the 2005-2007 classic has the same hood and grill as the HD trucks.

 

 

Thought that was wild. I never was a fan of cateye grills, then saw mine and liked it alot and wasnt sure why the change of heart. Now I realize cause its different.

 

 

Anyways anyone else in the dark about that small detail?

Pretty much....lol. Sold my old truck and was out of the market for a few yrs. Never liked the 2003+ models so I never paid much attention. Then while looking for a truck I liked the one I have now. Thought the cateye look ust grew on me over the yrs....just now realized that there is a slight diffence...enough for me to like it.
