Wheel Well Covering

I am mechanically challenged so excuse me if I sound dumb. I had a snow chain rip out the wheel well covering on my 2007 Denali. It ripped out the rear driver covering. Does anyone know of an inexpensive way to replace this? I'm sure the dealer will charge me an arm and a leg for the part.

Im a little confused...is it just the liner inside the wheel well, because i think you could find a replacement at a junkyard, is it some molding on the outer edge of the wheel well? im having a tough time picturing which part was damaged
