depends on a few things in my mind.

Does it burn oil? Actually with the older motors does it use more than a quart or so per oil change? That's about standard from my experience with that high of miles on non vortecs, even the first generation vortecs.

Any leaks?

Does the 4x4 work well?

Front end tight? (ball joints ect)

Tranny shift well, slip, is the rear end tight (u joints, rear diff)?

Intake gasket ok?

Just some things to look into. We wouldnt want you to steal the truck on price then dump that 2500 back into it so it will get you around.

EDIT: I just KBB'ed it without knowing options but it looks to be 2500 to 3000. I think without major problems that is a resonable price. As always though, CASH TALKS!
