Tonneau Cover

I want to put a tonneau cover on my 2005 GMC Seirra and I'd like to know what vendors to buys from. I've had Tonneau Master covers on my last two trucks and really like them. Any advice on what vendors to look at for the Tonneau Master covers? TIA

Are your Extang covers with snaps? And where is the "best" place to order them from??

I did a lot of research when I was looking for a good tonneau cover. I ended up purchasing and installing the Truxedo LoPro QT soft roll-up cover. An incredible product with excellent quality material and great fitment. You can even find it well below suggested retail. There is a guy on eBay that several people here have bought from. Just use the search function above to find the threads related to "Truxedo". There have been a few recently. Here's a couple of pictures of mine...

Just in case you decide to look at the Truxedo Lo Pro QT. The link below is to the guy on eBay that is selling these cheaper that Truxedo allows to be advertised. His auctions are generic, but IT IS the Truxedo LoPro QT cover. His price is $350 w/ free shipping. Like I said above, there are several guys on here that have bought from him and can confirm that it is legitimate. I bought mine from a local shop becuase he was willing to sell to be cheap becuase I have brought him a lot of business recently.

I suggest you contact this guy first to verify he has the right cover for your specific truck.

i looked at the roll up ones... they look great. but after owning an avalanche w/ the hard cover and ability to lock the bed i was sold on the hard folding covers. i liked the bak flip because it folds all the way to the cab so u can use the entire bed. fold-a-cover was my second choice as it opened at both ends and locked at both ends but only folded to the 3rd panel or u had to take it out to use the whole bed. ur cover looks great on the truck.. i would have gotten one like that if i went w/ roll top

I have an Advantage TorzaTop and love it! No snaps, spreaderbars are integrated into the top itself so they cant fall down into the bed of your truck. It is a tri-fold model, installed in about 5 mins. Prices vary, but you can find them for about $300.

Lots of good advice here. I tend to like a roll up cover as sometimes I load stuff that is too tall for a cover and a flip up just wouldn't work due to the length of the trip. The Tonneau Master covers I used on my last two Dakota's filled the bill nicely!
