Have anyone made there own cold air intake tube

 

i kinda helped a guy make a snorkel on a toyota 4runner once, just used PVC pipe and to connect on the throttle body, i think he used an old inner tube out of something with some hose clamps, worked like a champ. a d-max is a little different tho, more sensors and other stuff to worry about man. there is NO point in a CAI in a duramax other than cosmetics, they have so much torque you dont even notice it or hear it. for looks i would go with S&B....PVC would look ugly under the hood
