U-joint Strap Torque

What is the torque setting for the little u-joint strap bolts? They are 11mm. Is there even a torque setting for these or is it "just until it's tight?"

"Good n tight" Keeping in mind you do still have to get them off at one point.

  It would be coincidental for both front brake hoses or calipers to fail at the same time. There is an old thread on here of similar a similar issue, not sure how best to direct you to it - but I would be looking at the brake booster.
