Wt Fog Light Upgrade

Hi guys i have a 2008 WT silverado RCSB and would like to install some bumper caps with fog lights. Do yall know if it needs to be wired or is it plug and play (pre-wired harness behind WT caps)?

Unfortunately there is no wiring I have a 2008 LS/WT and I had to order a KIT from GMPartsdirect.com. I think I paid $280 with shipping but you get everything you need including painted to match end caps. Look at post #38 on this link...
