Rear Shackle 2' Drop Kit With Trailer Hitch Question.

I tried to search for this but couldn't find an answer.

 

I have a 2003 GMC Sierra 2 wheel drive half ton. It has the factory trailer hitch. The suspension is all stock and I want to lower the rear 2" with a Belltech shackle kit. I started to work on it today, but the trailer hitch assembly appears to be in the way of getting the bottom shackle bolt out. The truck has a custom exhaust with 2 pipes exiting straight out the rear, so removing the hitch assembly isn't possible unless the exhaust was cut out and removed which I don't want to do. Is there any way to get that bottom shackle bolt out with the trailer hitch assembly still attached?
