Have a 2003 Silverado 2500 6.0L gas engine truck. Now im looking to get a exhaust that will give er a nice bark. il keep the pipe coming from the manifold to the muffler but change the muffler and the end exhaust. Just wondering what would be good to put on it. Now stock muffler has 2 inlits and 1 outlet. Does that mean i need 2 inlet 2 outlet muffler to make it dual. saw a cheap flow master super 44 for sale on ebay. Any good. Thanks in advance

Wouldn't even mind having just the muffler. By the look of the oem muffler on the truck it looks like its Dual in single out. What muffler would fit it.

i dont know whats goin on with people wantin flo-pro. my buddy bought a flo-pro turbo back kit for his 2010 ford power-struggle :dunno: and it fit like $Hlt....some of the bends were done BRUTAL...supposed to be bolt on. well it wasnt. more like FLO-JUNK

Hhhhmmm thats weired. Maybe it was just poorly designed. I hear the hd big oval is a direct fit for the HDs. Everyone I've heard says they are a good fit

I have the flowmaster Big Block series on my truck and love it. It is loud and kind or droney, but I drove it from Atlanta GA to Long Beach CA and back and I was fine with it. My brother did not notice it, we were able to have good conversation to and from without any problems. I like it, other may not, but to me its good.

I forgot the number but just call Summit or Jegs, and tell them you need the Flowmaster Big Block mufffler for 2000-2006/7Classic GM trucks with the dual 3inch inlets and single 3.5 outlet. I think the muffler is about $120 bucks. I hope this helps.

Gibson dual extreme, thats what I have on my truck and it sounds really good. T-304 stainless steal and designed very well. Mandrel bends are excellent and sounds very aggressive. I paid $600 and change for it, would recommend getting it welded like I did.

Gibson - sounds like bubbling mud at idle, really tight when you punch it. I agree, have it welded. Mine has 100,000 miles on it. 2004 2500HD 6.0L gas.
