97 C1500 Computer Code P0101 And Stuck Fuel Gage

I have a 97 GMC C1500 6Cyl with the comptuer code P0101 and my fuel gauge is pegged to the far right. I have 225,363 miles on the vehicle as well. I have changed the throttle sensor and the Mass Air Flow sensor as well. I have a high flow air filter on the vehicle and have kept all the OEM sensors as well. Any idea what is going on? When i start it up it is running very rough for a few seconds then it will smooth out. it also shifts hard as well. Any help you could give me i would be gratefull.
