Ground Force 91143 2" Lowering Shackles

I wanted to lower (level) the rear of my truck. The Ground Force 91143 kit sells for about $75 from Jegs.

The install pretty easy. Install of these have been doccumented in many places so I won't go into that.

Since I was replaceing the hitch any way, now was the time to do the shackles ( I read that the hitch was in the way of getting a bolt on each side out).

I didn't get any before or after pics but it did lower the rear just under 2"

Oh.. they did not come with axle shims like there pic shows. The directions say that you need the shims if you lower it more than 3" by using shackles or hangers.

PROs: Looks nice and beefy, straight forward to install

CONs: I've seen the same thing for less $$ on other applications.
