We got our toro couple years ago and i wanna say its rated for 6.75 hp.... So mines is eligible.. And i bet half this site is also eligible if they bought a mower since 1994....

What about my 1969 John Deere 112 that I bought in 2000 and is fully restored? It is a DEERE, and has a KOHLER engine and I bought it in 2000?? Or what about my John Deere 400 I bought last year. That also is a DEERE and has a opposed twin cylinder KOHLER??? Be nice if mine would qualify, but I bet they are too old.

I just purchased a zero turn Toro 24 hp riding lawn mower Saturday, you should see the disclaimer they have on the hp rating they include in the add, absolutely has to because of that lawsuit.
