None are the same but they all have an application in their guide for a GM truck. I stick with the AC plugs myself. They are specifically designed for the GM applications.

Count me in also for the Delco plugs--if they're good enough for GM theyre good enough for me!

AC/Delco all the way. I even used to put AC/Delco Plugs in my old 85 Nissan Stanza

AC Delco....... But Don't be surprised if you pull it out and it has a number like TR55IX or TR5IX on the plug.... Some AC Delco plugs are produced by NGK......

 

My 99 had GM Plugs in it....

 

My 01 had GM Plugs with NGK numbers tooo....

Generally I love slapping in aftermarket parts on my truck, but spark plugs aren't one of those things. Stick with AC Delco, you will get the best results with those.

my 2003 came with plugs that were labeled AC Delco on one side and NGK on the other.... in performance applications (built motors for drag racing applications) we use only NGK plugs.

I've always stuck with the Delco plugs as well.

I changed my plugs today with AC Delcos and mine had the 41-985s in them and when I went to oreilly's to get more they gave me AC Delco 41-110 plugs and said that the others had been discontinued. They appear identical and the truck runs fine. Anyone else heard that?
