Grease Gun For 04 Gmc

I'm looking for recommendations for a grease gun to grease all the grease spots (wheels, drive shaft, etc.) on my 04 GMC Sierra. Also is there a good all purpose grease to use?

I bought a Lincoln 1134 a while back. best grease gun I have ever had. And I have had several over the years.

Just a cheap hand pump one for around $30 bucks, I recommend synthetic EP (Extreme pressure) grease.

 

Edit: the lever style is not a good choice, too difficult to use in tight spots, get a pistol grip. Also make sure it has a rubber hose not solid shaft.

I second the Lincoln...... Any other brand is a total waste of money...

Go pneumatic. They're nice to use when space is limited.

If all he is greasing is his truck he doesn't need to spend a fortune on a grease gun... however, I plan on buying an electric cordless gun soon for the farm

 

Edit: I don't like the pneumatic ones, air hose always gets tangled up and covered in grease

Well some days I go through 2-3 tubes of grease, bad things are bound to happen. Mind you.... hand powered guns are a good work out for the forearms, pump enough grease and you can break someones hand with a hand shake

Definitely make sure it has a flexible hose.
