Matt_ Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 9.5 wheel with +30mm offset is about 6.5" backspace. You should be OK in terms of rubbing the fenders but you may run into sway bar or frame rubbing due to the backspace.... Hopefully someone who has run similar wheels will chime in and/or let us know what the limit is for the inside of the wheel well.
DoMDrty Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 You might have rubbing issues on hard turns (outer edge of tire on the rear of the wheel well). Pretty common for people running a 12in wide tire with a high positive offset, but being that you have the Z71 package rubbing will probably be minimal if any at all. Its nothing that a little wheel well modification can't fix. As far as back spacing you will be fine. I'm running a +47.4mm rim with 285/35/24s and the only clearance issues I had on the backside was the upper bracket on my after market assist bags were 1/4th of a inch from the inside edge of my rear tires. Other than that the wheels tucked nicely into the wheel wells with no issues with the factory suspension or steering components.

kokain00 Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 I had 305/45/R22 on my 09 sierra and there is very minor rubbing issues. the only time it ever rubbed was when i was reversing out of a driveway and had the wheel fully turned, when I hit the bump at the end of the driveway it would rub, but thats about it. hope this helps
silveraldo74 Posted May 14, 2010 Author Posted May 14, 2010 forgot to mention I also had a 2.25" leveling kit I have purchased a rear shackel kit will lower 2.4in This might give me a problem I want the level look without lifting front!! If I lifted then go way up or not at all!!
