Flares Are On

I posted in January about my flares leaving the black or color matching them. Well the weather started gettin nice so I put the on. White looked better. Just not crazy about the gas door.

they are mb wheels from Discount tire. I hate them. Way to much work to keep clean. Im thinking about some chromes now.

Looks good, although the gas door does look kinda wack.

These remind me of fender flares that came on 2000 model Nissan Frontiers. Big fake plastic rivets, they do not flow with the rest of the truck. They are also way too wide and thick, therefore they needed that ugly cutout for the fuel door. I like the OEM ones that came on my GMT 800 a lot better.

To each his own. If the truck owner likes them, that's all that matters. And I would rather have these than no flares at all.

I like'em......I think the rivets make it look aggressive and the cut-out for fuel door doesn't look bad.

 

That's the exact look I'd like for my truck.............looks awesome!!
