Dash/instrument Lighting Power

I want to run some power into my center floor console that is only on when the park lights are on. It would be used only at night for cup holder accent light (LED's).Where can I get this from? Right now there is only 12v constant battery in there.Suggestions would be very helpful THANKS

Maybe add a relay and tap the RAP lead to run them?

Using RAP would be my second choice I really just want them powered when the park lights are on at night. The interior of my truck is black and the windows are at 20% tint, at night I cant see in the center console very well
