i modded mine so that the drls would come on with the hi beams. i bought a pair of those led super white drl bulbs a few months back and noticed when i got them they matched my existing hids and leds, so i wanted a way to keep them on at the same time. heres the results:

i dont have a good enough camera to take a head on shot without there being a lot of glare, so thats the only pic ive got, but it came out real nice. so now when i turn my hi beams on my drls also come on. otherwise all my lights are still like stock. drls go off at night otherwise and the oppoosite of my hi beams coming on with my drls does not occur.

Looks really good with all those LEDs! I have mine where I turn on the highs and the dims stay on, I also have a switch that will turn the drls and fogs on anytime I want to. When there's someone on the road with their highs on it's fun to hit em' with all the lights on the front of the truck. Might even install another set on the back for all those people who tailgate and blind me at night.

nice, i was actually thinking of that with the backup lights, but apparently thats a little much for me to do lol. would be sweet though.

Looking good there. Those are some neat headlights. I think it mighta been me actually that post your referencing. I posted about a month ago about my DRL's and need to get it done on mine. Got my work trucks DRL's changed to amber at least....nice looking lights again!
