16" wheels will NOT fit a NNBS/GMT900 style truck. I think the last year a 16" wheel what used on a gm truck was 03 or 04. Then they upgraded the brakes so larger wheels were needed.

My tire guy has a set of Dick Cepec 16x10's that he says will fit for sure,he has installed a set before.
