Did You Know you can open the hood under the grill

I have a 2010 GMC Sierra with the standard grille,, did you know that you can reach up thru the grill and open the hood from the outside,, the alarm will sound, but you can do it,, not a problem, I showed them at the dealership yesterday,, one of the sevice writers was standing right next to the truck and she didn't that I was showing the service manager and another writer. The alarm went off, I think she about wet her pants. LOL Not sure what she did, but the sm and the other writer were laughing loud. I don't want to have to buy a new grill to cover the hole, not sure any kind of fix for it other than a new grill though. DAve

On pretty much any truck you can open the hood with a screwdriver, but your hand? Nope, I didn't know that! Awesome!!!
