Under Seat Air Vents

I have a new 2010 4 door 2wd silverado

I think it has a 5.3 with 3.08 rear end

I notice some plastic air vents under the front seats

i dont seem to get any air flow from them in any setting heat or ac

can they be used for rear air A/C

Set the vents to floor and air will move through them.

Yeah, when the floor setting is selected, air should then come out of them.

They are there for the only purpose of kids putting things in there, causing things to smell horrible later on.
