Is this normal?

Every time I get into my truck and start driving I get 2 clunks in the brake pedal. It's the same everytime. Just as I pull away at about 3mph.... clunk, then again about 2 seconds later. That's it. Doesn't do it the rest off the driving time no matter how many stops I make. Just does it after initial start up.
