I searched, but dont know if I over looked it, or if it wasn't there. I was wondering, is there to calculate the size of tire, to like 30 or 31? Like a 205/70r17, I know, this is not either one, but just an example of a standard size text. Sorry if this doesnt make sense.

It's REALLY easy.

First number is the width in mm. 25.4mm = 1 inch. So just divide the first number by 25.4 to get the width in inches.

The height is a tad but more complicated but just as easy...

First Number x Second Number / 1270 + Wheel Diameter = Tire diameter

Done.
