I emailed Zoop and asked if they would send me a sample. They emailed back and said they knew how well their product worked, they didn't need to send samples. I told them, I for one, was not going to pay out over $100 for something I just had heard about and knew no one that had tried it. They smarted off and told me to go polish my aluminum by hand then. I told them to cram their product. Who ever was emailing back from them had a very smart mouth, called me a jerk and a freeloader and I told them I used to own a NAPA store and if I had to deal with a company that didn't back their product and had a lot of lip service, I didn't do any more business with them. Then I said if the CEO of zoop knew how you were talking, you might not have a job. He said he WAS the CEO. I find that hard to believe and told him he had a sad company. I would like to know how many of you would blow $100 or more on something with no guarantee or sample and then get a smart response from the company???? I would like to see other guys email them at zoop.com and ask them for a sample too. After reading their emails, I wouldn't but zoopseal if it was the best thing on earth!
