Random Shutdown?

Hey I have an 04 silverado z71 crew w/ 5.3 and i am having a problem with it just shuting down while driving a 5-20 mph and there is a buzzing sound and a vibration in the gas pedal while it is off the only light that comes on is the battery light and it starts right back up. I know if i take it to the garage they will say there is no enging light so we cant help you. does anyone have any ideas? thanks

Had my truck to the shop they said there tsb's for random shutdown caused by the Body Control Module if i remember correct it has to go back tuesday because they ran out of time?? Ill keep you posted.

Well no luck with the flash of the body control module the truck stalled 3 times the next day took it back the following week and they tried replacing the air fuel ratio sensor and that did not work, here is my problem since there is no engine code and nothing to tell them what to fix the warranty wont pay for diagnostic time or time to take things apart and track down a short or relay or whatever, so that is what they are telling me. Where do i go from here the truck still has warrenty untill 95k and there is now 87k this sounds like ill be fixing this when the warrenty runs out. Does anybody have any ideas how to steer them in the right direction?

my dads truck just had to have the whole gas pedal assembly replaced, cuz his truck would randomly shut down also
