For about 2 or 3 weeks they have been calling it Operation Visine-Keep the red out of Beaver Stadium. They kept saying how the Husker Nation had a habit of grabbing every ticket they could for away games and sometimes had as many if not more fans then the home school, just wondering how hard a ticket was to get ?

I had four tickets from the NU allotment (believe we got 10,000) so I wasn't really paying attention. There were quite a few people on the street looking for tickets. I only ran into one person with tickets for sale. I expected more Husker fans inside the stadium as it was nothing like Notre Dame several years ago. You could see a few Huskers fans here and there through most of the stadium so someone was selling.

 

The Saturday morning Harrisburg paper had an article that mentioned the "red out" situtation. I heard that if you had a ticket in the student section they would not allow you (Husker fan) in. I don't know if that was true or not. It sure didn't look like there were any Husker fans in that part of the stadium.

 

All in all I thought it was a great venue for college football. The rain held off, the stadium looked great, the crowd was rockin, only problem was the opponent didn't show up. Nine wins and a bowl game may be in jeopardy this year. With the way Nebraska travels we'd still get a bowl game but it might be our ninth win.

It seemed like a lot of students attended the game. Are there always that many? BTW I liked the blue and white things they were waiving but the lion roar over the sound system got kind of annoying, especially toward the end of the game.

Yeah, they actually have a student lottery to see who gets tickets, Bad thing though at Pitt students can go to all home games for $20 but at PSU the games are $27 apiece.

      Here's the second UOA on my 22 Wrangler with the Ecodiesel. This has 5k miles on AMSOIL Signature Series DEO 5w-40. The first one was dealer installed oil, no clue what it was, the second is what AMSOIL recommended, European FS 5w-40, Most of the Ecodiesel world is showing great results using the European MS 5w-40, I figured I would see how the DEO works. This is using an Ecoguard oil filter. It's my understanding this engine likes to shed aluminum.  We will see. So far I don't think this is too bad.

      I'm surprised nobody seems to offer a solution like the start/stop device I put in my new truck. Remembers my setting when shutdown. And while it still starts up in start/stop, it stores/evaluates what mode it was in when shut down and will change it whithin a second or 2 of startup. It'd be nice to have something like that for the DRLs.

      2015 Sierra 1500 here. Leaks from the sunroof to front driver side and soaks carpet. How do I fix this? Thanks!

      I will be doing that for sure, but I need to solve who has/ where I can find a bidirectional scan tool that will support OBD 1.5. I'm kicking myself because I ebay'ed a Snap On MT2500 that I didn't think I'd ever need anymore. D'oh!! I'd rather not buy another, so I'll contact a few local shops to see if they have one and how much they'd want to do the procedure. I'd rather have the ability to do it myself... I wish there was a modern tool that could do it all, but I'd have no idea what to buy.   The theory with the pulled timing is that it mimics a rich condition. The delayed spark causes incomplete burn and the O2 sensor picks up low oxygen levels. That's interpreted as a rich condition so the PCM pulls fuel and that shows up in the deeply negative fuel trims.
