I think the truck is starting to look pretty good! I'd love to level it, and get some bigger wheel. But the budget won't allow it for now....

What else would you do to a white truck? I was thinking about a bug guard, but not sure how it would look.

Looks Good! Maybe some front tint?

Looks good! I'd add front tint as was mentioned and maybe a chrome exhaust tip.

Your truck looks sharp!! As for mods, I would go with a level kit. They're very inexpensive and they really change the way your truck looks. Or if the budget is real tight take the rear blocks out and see if you like the way it looks. I too am currently suffering from EWS (empty wallet syndrome) after my new truck purchase.

EWS! Funny!

Does adding the leveling blocks change the ride? i cranked up the torsion bars in my Colorado. I loved the look, but the ride did get more harsh.

EWS! Funny!

That's a good one! I'm going to have to remember that!

In regards to the tinting front windows: what product did you folks use? We are only allowed up to 20% in Virginia, but I want to do at least that. Thoughts and feedback appreciated! @ekinMN what tonneau cover did you install? Adios!

looks good.

a 2" rc leveling is very affordable and wont affect the ride a lot. leveling kits that pre-load springs have a notable effect of ride quality (like cranking torsion bars).

as far as other mods..... please dont just add stuff "because you can". i wouldnt install a bug guard unless you're doing 100 miles a day on the highway.

I did the GM soft tonneau cover. I had the Access cover on my last truck. Between the 2, I notice that the GM cover does not fit as tight, nor is it as clean looking. I think there is a way to tighten it up a bit. I'll be checking it out more this weekend.

Nope, not going to add a buch of stuff, just 'cause I can. I think I like it the way it is. I would like better lighting, and maybe some different wheels. Otherwise, I think it's going to stay pretty close to stock.

Thanks for the nice comments!

Seeing that your from MN (snow, salt, slush) if you haven't already or considered getting floor mats. There is a group buy on Weathertech mats on a Chevy Mabilu website. You can get 25% off of a full set (front & rear) of mats. This is a great deal and they are over 1/2 way on the group buy. Here is a link to a thread on this site if your interested

Looks good. I have been wanting a set of mudflaps for mine also. Which ones did you wind up with?

The All-Terrain package comes with the heavy rubber floor mats. They look very similar to weathertech. The dealer also gave me the standard mats, so I have a set of each.

I also did the OEM mudflaps. They are so easy to install, and have a perfect molded fit. I did not even look at other types, as I have had such good luck with these in the past.

Matt,

If I did all that, my truck would look conspicuously like YOURS! ...and that would be a very good thing!
