Need Help!

I just installed an amp/sub set on my 2010 CC. I used the PAC AOEM1416 harness to get the rca outputs. Everything works well, but my amp will not turn off. I used the blue remote wire off the PAC unit. Has anyone else had the same issue? Am I going to have to find another source to run the remote wire from?

I have a PAC AOEMGM24, and I used the pink wire for the remote turn on lead. The amp does stay on for a bit after you shut off the ignition, but I've never had an issue with the battery. (knock on wood)
