Stray Blue Wire?

i know i know, check the manual, it hasnt come in yet so im sol as to what the hell this wire is. i noticed it dangling at the back of my trailer connector today. its a blue wire with a plug on it and a cap over the plug. now if i remember right under the hood you can hook up an optional blue wire for 12v power, so would i be safe to assume thats what this is for? 12v power for something like trailer interior lights?

See if you have power there W/brake applied. Looking at the diagrams there is a light blue wire that should be back there that is labeled Camper/5th wheel trailer wiring provisional (blunt cut). The "blunt cut" throws me because blunt cut in a diagram usually means it is cut and taped, but that is the only light blue wire I see that makes sense and it goes back to the CHMSL fuse that should be powered while braking.

It's to add a CHMSL(center high moutned stop lamp) on a bed cap. It's hooked directly to the CHMSL on the cab.
