Wheel Offset Question?

I have a 2007 NBS GMS Sierra. I bought it new and have been thinking of getting something different. Instead I think I am just gonna do a few things to my truck and hold onto it for a while. First thing up is a leveling kit and I would like to put some 18's on it with some all terrain tires. I want the wheels to stick out as little as possible. I hate the bullfrogged out look and would like them to sit as close to possible to stock. Anyone know the correct offset to order? The truck is a Z71 4x4 Crew Cab. Pictures would be great also. Any suggestions on wheel choice would be nice too. The truck is white and I am thinking of going with a black or atleast a draker colored wheel. Thanks guys.

IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO STICK OUT AT ALL,I WOULD SAY TO STICK WITH THE +30 OFFSET.THESE NEWER TRUCKS COME WITH SUCH A HIGH OFFSET,ALMOST LIKE A FRONT WHEEL DRIVE CAR.NOW IF YOU WANT IT TO COME OUT JUST A BIT TO GET A LITTLE AGRESSIVE LOOK,GO WITH A +10 TO +18.

yeaah you should let them stick out just a little bit... check my garage... don't know exactly what is the offset in my rims cause i bought the truck with those rims.. all i know is they're 18x10 and they stick out like 1" at the most and i think that with maybe another inch sticking out it would look way better, enough to install the 05's factory style fender flares  but thats just me..... if you get them with all the offset you can (not stick out at all) you may regret it later  specially if you're going for black/dark wheels you need it to look at least a little aggressive! and you have to consider the tires too... my truck had nitto mud-grapplers and the looked so wide and it looked like the sticked out a lot! and change them to bf goodrich mud-terrains... same size.. both were 35x12.5r18 and now it looks like they aren't as wide as the nitto's and don't stick out that much...
