K&N FIPK and Power Programer III for sale

I am selling my complete K&N FIPK intake for $250 or obo.  It has been on for a month and looks like new, Filter is still very clean.  I am also selling my Hypertech Power Programmer III for $275 or obo.  It works great and makes a noticable difference (at least on my truck).  Nothing is wrong with them, I am selling them so i can get a down payment on a new Trans Am.  At 17yrs. old I can't afford to keep both, a car and a truck the way i would like them.
