Suspension Travel

Does anyone know how much drop I should have in my suspension? With it sitting at ride height, I get a little under 2 inches of suspension travel at the wheel before the arm hits the stop. I have a feeling my TB's have been cranked.

Can anyone help? The ride seems nice, but my front end is actually one inch higher than the rear and I thought I would see what it should be.

I have trouble believing a 4x4 has only 2 inches of travel. The truck is a 95 GMC with the Z71 package.

If the front is higher than the rear, the suspension has been touched. I don't know any exact specs, but I'm sure the truck came with rake from the factory (rear higher than front).

I've found most stock trucks have around 3" of down travel.

I have not measured your specific year/model though. Regardless, 2" sounds short.

I had it lowered in the front and re aligned today. They didn't drop the front a full inch as they were worried about tire clearance but got close. It does ride a lot better in the limited bit I got to drive it.
