Anyone Got The Part Number?

Has anyone here got the part number for that trailer brake wiring harness thing that lets you plug your trailer brake controller right into the fuse panel?

is it the one that comes with the truck in the glovebox?

I don't have the exact part number but from the tag that came on mine it's called the Z82 Jumper.

 

Fair warning,the brown wire may be in the wrong location from the factory.I hooked mine up the way it was supposed to be done and everything worked ok but when you hit the brake it would turn the dash lights on if they were off and vice versa.I had to take it to a local place and they knew what the problem was before even looking at it.

 

I believe the brown wire is in the lower right hand portion of the plug and it needs to be in the upper right hand portion.

 

One other thing,it actually plugs in to an electrical junction under the dash by the driver's kick panel and not the fuse panel.
