Edge Cs + Black Bear Tune

Hey guys, i've looked at quite a few threads but haven't really found the answers that i'm looking for.

 

I have the Edge CS tune on my 2011 6.2, and i've been pretty satisfied by the results. However, i do prefer a custom tune. I'm wondering if i could still get a custom tune done, and keep the Edge display to monitor the truck?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you can keep the Edge and use it for gauges and everything else.

 

You just will not want to upload a tune with it.

Return yours back to stock, and get Justin to tune it. Just dont ever re-tune from the edge, or you will overwrite the blackbear tune and have to get Justin to redo it.

Thanks for the replies. Pretty much makes that edge just a fancy display. But that's perfectly fine with me, especially if i can get a proper custom tune.

 

I saw someone started a tune-meet topic for Colorado. Add one more vote for me!

Would be interesting to run it on the dyno with the edge progam, and maybe some 0-60, 0-100, 1/4 mile times and see if Justin can smoke em.
