That's to bad. I'm on the job too and it's sad everytime I read about an officer killed in the line of duty. It can be a tough job sometimes. I often find myself being complacent going on calls. Stories like this sure make me wake up!

Your absolutly right on that. Having been involved with Law Enforcement for a few years, I think incidents like this truely make the brotherhood(and sisterhood) of Law Enforcement Officers (and even Firefighters) stop and reflect on what they can do differently to try to be more safe and aware.
