How many of you own the $200 GM Service Manual for your truck? How many of you have the $25 Haynes Repair Manual?

 

which one do you recommend? i don't know if i can justify $200 on a service manual!!!

If you're going to do anything more significant than oil changes yourself.. Get the GM manuals. Hands down the best there is. I've had them on all my previous cars.. and they paid for themselves.

 

As of yet, I haven't had to consult the truck manuals yet Oh wait, actually once, when I was doing the bluetooth install for how the dashboard came apart.

I saw where someone on here was selling electronic copies of the manuals. I thought about buying one of them because I hate to have to pay someone to work on any of my vehicles.

I've always used Haynes manuals for all my vehicles, and I tackle more than just oil changes.
