New To Me 2005 Crew Lt!

Sold my 98 black/grey Silverado ECSB stepside because I got a great deal on a low mileage 2005 black/dark grey Silverado crew cab LT and absolutely love it. Has factory sunroof (rare), steering wheel controls, tow package, and Bose with CD changer but no leather or fogs, so I think it may originally be a custom ordered truck. When I entered the VIN on compnine.com, it was not found.

Let me know what you know ...

Sounds like a nice truck. Hope to see some pics.

OK, attached are a few pics. Forgot to mention it has the center console, but that may be standard on this generation of LT models. Also has the Chevrolet bedliner (plastic, but better than nothing).

Is anyone aware of a free VIN research tool other than compnine.com? It couldn't show any info on my VIN, which makes me think this may have originally been a custom ordered truck.

As far as plans go, I already added my Tekonsha Prodigy brake controller (moved from my old Silverado). May add factory fog/driving lights since aftermarkets may not look right in the stock cavity. More plans will probably come later...
