Exhaust Manifold Cracked? (pic Attached)

Last week I posted about needing some help on my exhaust, it seems I have an exhaust leak and we haven't exactly found out what it was, but it appeared to be coming from somewhere along the left side of the motor near the firewall...

Anyway after spending most of Saturday trying to diagnose the sound with the dealer tech we still came up with no solution...this morning I started the truck and the tick was really loud...I decided to pop off the heat shield which surrounds the manifold and I found this....could this be a crack in the manifold? I can't exactly feel a crack, but why is this line there, the residue won't go away either, neither will the moisture look? Anyway I'm still ticking as I drive down the road under a light load on the accelerator....we have replaced the Manifold Gasket, Mainfold-YPipe Crush Seal, now the O2 Sensors on the left side, and I happened to find this today and am looking for some input.

Sure looks like a crack. I would show that to the tech.

Doesnt look like a crack to me.looks like moisture coming out of the manifold from bad gaskets.

Well we ordered a manifold for it. I don't like the look of the factory gaskets, wondering if I should take a set of Felpros to put on while he has it apart?
