I'm always seeing something on the News about this Osama Binladin guy.  Since the U.S knows he was involved in the USS Cole Bombing and the Embassy Bombing, How come they can't arrest him?

I want to see him caught soooooooooo badly.

Simple. We can't find him. When we do know his location, it is in a country that does not have good ties with us and they won't assist in apprehending him. We, as a nation are not allowed to assasinate people or he'd probably be gone already.
