Is there anyway to disable the Traction Control and Stabilitrak permanently on my 2008 Silverado 4x4 other then just pushing and holding the button. Because i was off road and even when you turn it all off it still trys it's best to control the wheels.

I think you can pull the ABS fuse and it will completely disable it.

I've used mine off-road and turned them off and never had a problem with it. Truck handled like it was supposed to, and I've been in some pretty sloppy stuff with her...

I don't think you can do that without messing with the ABS.

pulling the ABS fuse will remove some of it, but there is other aspects of those systems that only tuning will be able to help reduce. There is portions of those systems that also control throttle rates and even retard spark in an attempt to gain traction. ABS is certainly the most noticeable aspect of those systems.
