Led Taillamp Bulbs

Has anyone tried the LED bulbs in their taillights? Are they bright enough? What ones did you use.

Yeah I tried them in my 2011 and they are really bright as long as you get a high LED count light, like 28 LED's, but the price of adding the resistors and the price of bulbs it was only 50 more for a LED taillight swap that is plug and play and thats what I did in my 2010.

same here. I tried LEDs from Superbright LED and off Ebay. Both worked but they were highly focused....didnt light up the entire housing like I had wanted. I did the same as Ryan, went with LED taillights from Hella:
