Which Blocks To Get?

So I am going to put a leveling kit on my 2007 nnbs truck and have decided i want to put the taller rear blocks in the back to keep some rake for the few times i do tow a trailer. The biggest queation is 2" or 3"? Those of you that have done a level and blocks, which blocks did you go with and why. Do the 2" blocks put enough rake back into it? Thanks.

I have the RC 2" Level and 2" blocks in the back and in my opinion looks great.

Could you get a picture of your truck? I'm thinking about doing the same and I have the RC kit as well (the adjustable one).

Does anybody know how tall is the GMT900 rear block? 1.25" correct? Also, how tall is the GMT800 (NBS) blocks? I've searched and can't find anything on the GMT800 blocks.

I'm probably gonna go with the ready lift 2.25" leveling kit, so i was thinking 3" might be better, but if 2" looks good and prevents my nose from bein in the air when towing, i'll probably go with them.

I will have the 2" level kit and 3" blocks on my truck as soon as I get the blocks in. I'm like you. I want to make sure that my nose doesn't point to the sky when I'm towing my boat or trailer. I like a little rake but not as much as stock. I'll put up picks and post the measurements as soon as I get the kit on. Maybe a couple of weeks though.

Go with zone blocks, there alot cheaper then ready-lift and the exact same thing. I got my zone 3" blocks from a member on here for 75$ but you should be able to get them for about 100$ shipped from zone with u-bolts. Zone also has 2" blocks as well if thats what you decide you want. Readylift is insane for charging that much for blocks.

I've got the Zone 2" lift. I decided to stack the 2" blocks on top of the 1.25" factory blocks. I had trouble deciding between the 2" & 3" as well...so I just stacked the factory block & 2" with the idea that I could take the 1.25" out if I didn't like it. It's still in there for now, but I might take it out this summer.

A cheaper alternative could be to use the factory blocks from a GMT-800 (NBD) truck. I remember reading on here that somebody said you can run the GMT-800 blocks on the new 900's just fine. Since they are 2" blocks (Thanks Blue_Z71) that might be a cheaper way to go if you can find them at a junk yard or something.

That would be awesome. Your truck will give me a good idea of what mine will look like, mine is an extended cab and stardard bed too.
