I have been thinking about getting the Rought Country 4.75" combo kit for my 07 GMC Sierra. I have read that if you are off-roading a lot then they are not that good, but I was wondering if anyone has heard what they are like for a daily driver? I won't be doing much off-roading, if any. Thanks in advance.

why not the 7.5 inch kit for a couple bones more?

you should look into a 2" level kit, and a 3" body lift for rought the same money. IMO

Thats strange, because I've never read where it even remotely suggests that that kit is suitable for any driving conditions. I know it wasn't for me. Two months of pounding the pavement is all I was able to squeeze out of the old kit.

 

Welcome to the site, and as mentioned above, go with a 2" level and 3" body.

Stay away from it. Either do a 2" leveling kit and 3" bodylift like what was said above, or get a quality lift like BDS. I had my fun withthe old one also. A couple of months with it is all I could handle with t as well. Rough country bought it back from me because of all of the problems.
