2007 Express 3500 Brake Shake

'07 Chevy 3500 express with 60,xxx miles. Van was a dealer transport vehicle.

 

I can not find any loose steering parts on it.

 

When we do a sudden stop the whole front end and steering wheel shakes. Wheel has a little movement in it like a worn wheel bearing. New hub assy. is like $150 per side. Is this a normal problem?

Warped rotors?

Are the front wheel bearings adjusted properly? Loose bearings could cause this. Also, badly worn ball joints.
