Gmt900 Will They Fit?

as title says im looking at some eagle 050 17x8 that are in a +20mm offset. Will they fit with the stock 275/60's and 33's?

 

Also will these rims work with the GM tpms or do i need to go after market?

sorry but i found a killer deal and i want new rims...and nobody ever talks about offsets.
